The funny thing is ask a Bhop fan who some of his best wins were vs and they will say Tarver and Pavlik, he fought Joe in between the two.. but somehow he was shot when he faced Joe after picking up 2 of his biggest wins

Hatton has the bigger names but not a better resume imo, i don't see how he makes Calzaghe look like a joke.

Jeff Lacy - Lol who did Lacy beat? Lacy got humiliated by a shot RJJ a couple of years later

Mikkel Kessler - Lol who did Kessler beat? Kessler got humiliated by a rookie in Andre Ward

Bernard Hopkins - Lol 43 years old ans just came of a terrible win against Winky. The pace of that fight was so slow. When you're 43 years old youre gonna have good nights and bad nights. Calzaghe couldnt even beat a 43 year old. SD for crying out loud

RJJ - Lol shot as hell. If you have seen that fight you know that a Prime RJJ wouldve ended Calzaghe right there in the very first round when he knocked him down by putting pressure on him.

my point is how can you tell if someone is truly a great fighter if they never test themselves? hatton could have gone the calzaghe route and took easy defense after defense while ducking the best like calzaghe did to roy jones, sven ottke and glen johnson. hatton could have done that and still been undefeated till this day. but because he fought the best and lost you rank calzaghe who never fought the best at all better? do not reward the guy who doesn't take risks and only wins fantasy fights.

I don't rank Joe in the top 100... I don't, but I rank him ahead of Hatton... I think he was a better fighter than Hatton... And, is too soon to be taking about Khan... Is not like everybody who Joe beat were bums... He has wins over solid fighters...
