Floyd is just using the excuse of trying to do blood test with every fighter from here on to cover up his demand because it didn't work with Pac. I don't know why Pac didn't agree on the blood test but it's not like Pac have to agree to it anyway. That's something that Floyd made up. If you think your opponent is easy work you should fight them roid or not.

i'm going to stop right at your first sentence. manny DID NOT go half way. half way would have been 14 days. in the event your GED masks 1st grade math skills, let me do the work for you.
1/2 of a month is typically 2 weeks. that's 14 days.
manny MYSTERIOUSLY would not move off of 24 days.
wake up.
idiot.

Floyd is a dumbass. When PAC didn't have an ametuer career and turned pro at 16, the first years of his career were pretty much his ametuer career. He didn't have the chance mayweather did 2 have a big ametuer career. Come on gayweather, give the man credit for working hard for years to become the fighter he is today!

i dont know why floyd keeps trying to single out Pacquiao as if he is the only fighter in history to do the things that he is doing. pacquiao won the flyweight title when he was 20, he won 122 title vs ledwaba when he was 23, he beat barerra at 126 when he was 25, he beat morales at 130 when he was 28, he beat marquez at 130, barrera again when he was 29 at 130, when he was 30, hatton, oscar, & cotto when he was 31.
Pacquiao has been a good fighter when he was in his teens to early 20s then he became a great fighter in his mid to late 20s, now hes a great fighter at 31 years of age. All i see is natural progression & development of a truly special fighter.
Bernard Hopkins didnt hit his prime until his mid 30s. He's been fighting at elite level as a 40 year old. Antonio Tarver got better in his 30s. Same thing with Joe Calzaghe. Juan Manuel Marquez had his greatest performances in his early 30s. Nate Campbell had his best performances when he was in his 30s.
Shane Mosley, the guy he is fighting is p4p top ten who beat a fellow top 10 in margarito at 38 years of age.
Why is it that Pacquiao is being specifically & unfairly might i add criticized for improving his game in his early 30s?

Floyd's excuse to avoid fighting Pacquiao
Floyd knows Pacquiao is not so dumb to agree with his unreasonable non-mandatory demands so he announces that he will not fight anybody who doesn't abide by his rules. What a clever way to say "I'm afraid to fight Pacquiao, so I'll make a demand I know he won't agree to". If he wants to fight Pacquiao, why doesn't he make a move now to petition the sanctioning body to upgrade their testing procedures to what he wants, if they will agree? He knows that Pacquiao is ready and willing to abide by any standard rules but will not be bullied to agree to his ridiculous demands no matter how much money is involved. It's a matter of principle which I doubt Floyd understands. Does he not trust the American controlled governing body? Does he think that this American controlled governing bodies will allow Pacquiao to fight him with the undue advantage of an illegal substance?
