So if a guy invites a little girl over to his house and get caught before he can do anything its all good right. You know since he got caught 'trying' to do something and didn't actually commit an act he's shouldn't be branded as a deviant. Doesn't matter if he did or didn't fight with them or not, just the act of trying is wrong as he should be branded for what he is a cheater.

His punishment is far less if he's caught BEFORE he actually commits the major crime. He's committed a lesser crime.............................

Like 1st degree murder and/or attempted murder (often reduced to felonious assault etc/. etc.

I read on here that Margarito almost tore off someone's ear back in 2005 and ever since there has been su****ion on him using loaded gloves. I also read that he has been using loaded gloves for his last X amount of fights...of course there is no proof but people are right to question his other fights after he got caught in the Mosley fight.

Also a lot of people here are angry with Arum for showing any support towards his fighter for whatever reason.

I believe the majority of the anger or outrage should be directed at the people who were suppose to catch these type of things and protect boxers against anything illegal. Yes, the commission for whatever state...if Margarito was doing this for awhile why didn't the commission catch something as simple as hand wraps. I read before the Mosley fight someone from the California Comission already signed off on the hand Margarito had wrapped. Only until Mosley's trainer questioned it was the illegal substance discovered, so Margarito fought in Nevada, New Jersey, Atlanta and all those times per procedure a comission official had to sign off on the wrapping. I know it was not the same official flying around with Margarito to all them states giving the ok check on his hand wrapping. I'm just saying maybe they need to change their rules or the way they do their jobs or hire professional hand wrap checkers...In reality if he got away with it (not a FACT) why couldn't other fighters do the same? The comissions are who we should be disgusted against.

During one of our conversations with Bob Arum today, we were informed that there's an "internet report" out there with De La Hoya "being disgusted with Antonio Margarito." Robert Morales of Boxingscene.com printed this story, and in response to De La Hoya's disgust over Margarito's likely reinstatement, Arum had this to say. "If Oscar De La Hoya spent the same he energy he spends bad mouthing Antonio Margarito on promoting Shane Mosley, Mosley would have fought by now." Arum also challenged De La Hoya to sign the PED Waiver suggested by Thomas Hauser. "Let him sign the waiver so people can see he has nothing to hide," said Arum. shut the hell up, haters. Margo is an exciting fighter, not a sissy like Mayweather. Did anyone check Mosley´s gloves??? How long was he suspended for using illegal drugs?? Oscar is a *****, talking **** about another Mexican. He keeps his mouth shut with Molsey´s drug issue because he belongs to Golden Boy. By the way, Mosley is another sissy; he has not fought for a year, and hugged Margarito for half the fight.

I get the point...However the law typically works in Margaritos favor...because he didnt cheat, therefore his punishment is less than that of someone who did cheat...It similar to someone who attempts murder and fails gets a much lighter punishment than someone does succeed...Technically the only difference between the two is that very little...but we dont punish kids for almost spilling their milk on the floor...we punish them for actually spilling it....

however in this aspect...I dont want margaritos to be licensed
