Margarito was wrong, but he got his punishment. Personally, I could understand if he would of received a life time ban. But he didn't since there is no actual evidence he used it in a fight. And for the millionth time, Mosley actually admitted to cheating in a fight and got away with it. Typical Floyd Stan, I have to repeat myself plenty of times.

Since he got busted before the fact, he should have received a sentence of 5 years instead of 1. That sends a strong message to those who would even attempt such an act in the future.

Had he gotten caught after the fight with Mosley, he should've gotten a lifetime ban.

Guess the commission was counting on his rep being ruined in the public's eyes regardless of the penalty, so the suspension was lenient.

He should and might one day come clean and apologize, unless he feels his conscience is at peace with it.

Mosley admitted to unknowingly using a banned substance. Thats different from admitting to cheating. We will all see how Margarito fights his next few. Should be very interesting to see if he overpowers the other fighters or not.

Then you could agree that Briggs got a light sentence for using banned substance??

Yea ok!! Like I'm going to take something into my body that I don't know.

Why is ignorance being ok with Mosley but not Margarito??

Yes you have to repeat yourself plenty of times, cause you're ****ing dumb. Bringing up Mosley is pointless and irrelevant to what Margarito did. Your point is so ******, Mosley cheated and got away with it therefore Margarito should get away with cheating too (yes get away with it, 1 year in boxing is nothing for what he did) .

Why the hell don't you leave Arum alone, do you guys get a good feeling from cursing a man who's about a hundred times as smart and a hundred thousand times as wealthy as you.

Arum is a straight up guy, by far the best promoter in the world, who looks after his guys far better than anyone else (except Cedric Kushner), and brings you all those terrific match=ups for your entertainment. He's made literally dozens and dozens of fighters millionaires.

He's amazingly charitable too, always the first to donate to a good cause; I'd bet he gives away multi-millions every year, and no one has to ask him for charity more than once. He's nearly always the first to proffer funds and he "puts his pockets where his mouth is".

AND....To ALL kinds of causes and denominations.

As for Oscar, I've been watching him for nearly 20 years, and have long ago come to the conclusion that he's a pretty good fighter, but as for the rest of him, he's nothing but a half-amateur crapper PR man for Golden Balls.

Arum made both him and Mayweather -amongst others- multi-millionaires, and basically taught them the promoter business.

If Margarito was signed with him, you wouldn't hear a peep out of Oscar. He'd be too cunning and cowardly to support him, and positively would not denounce him. He'd be clearing his throat preparatory to dropping one of his golden opinions, but nothing would be said.

It's not accidental that Barrera left the Golden Balls, and that Mosley has been showing signs of disenchantment for a long time now.............................
