I agree with Oscar that Margorito should be banned for life, but also on that note Shane Mosley should be banned for life for his use of peds. Their shouldn't be any double standards and it shouldn't matter if its loaded gloves or steroids.

How does De La Hoya feel about Mosley? Hoya is playing the Golden Boy again. If Mosley wasn't suspended for life then why should Margacheato be? I agree though that he should be suspended for a much longer period but for De La Hoya to say this yet support Mosley seems hypocritical.

So if a guy invites a little girl over to his house and get caught before he can do anything its all good right. You know since he got caught 'trying' to do something and didn't actually commit an act he's shouldn't be branded as a deviant. Doesn't matter if he did or didn't fight with them or not, just the act of trying is wrong as he should be branded for what he is a cheater.

He was caught attempting to cheat and the only thing that stopped him was him getting caught. I would also call him a cheater. We will see when he fights if he isnt hurting people with his punches over the course of his fight then it would be a good indication on whether he probably did it before or not.
