What I admire about Gamboa is that he didn't bring up anybody else's name in the post fight interview except Juan Ma Lopez's. Lopez on the other hand? Well? He mentioned Vasquez and Marquez and we know why. Because they are shot.

Above all, it is his humble confidence, which was on display during the post fight interview. He knows he is skilled, and states he is a level above the other FWs, and does not come off as an jerk while stating it. He is also willing to fight everyone including Caballero, and Arum isn't going to baby him, while Arum will baby the guy Arum wants to make into his "rival".

I hope that he doesn't develop bad habits... in Miami he has pretty much a cuban community... if he stays focused and matures in the ring he can be P4P material... the Mtagwa fight was a great step... Mtagwa wasn't even the best competition he has faced but he showed poise in there...

I'm big on him too and I like him too... but I won't praise him to the sky... I want to see how he does against very good opposition first... before I say he is this and that... but to not see his potential you have to be blind *loooooooooooool*
