Do you know how many caliber fighters had Juanma fought by hes 17th bout um 0! all chumps cherry picked to make hes resume look good and that makes him overated to me because hes had the time to get a bloated resume and to me he doesnt seem that arrogant to be honest (or maybe ive just been watching 1 too many Mayweather interviews).

I like Juanma think hes a really good strong puncher but he just isn't comparable to Gamboa who didnt say he was better than everyone in the featherweights he just said that he doesnt believe that Juanma is in the same class as he is which i happen to 100% agree with Gamboa's opponents at 17 fights are far better then anything Juanma had put infront of him at that stage of he carreer and Gamboa has done great getting better each fight and knows hes defficiensies and wants to work on them tell me what kind of arrogant person would admit hes own flaws in national tv?

Oh and ps: Juanma been fighting at 122 since he started hes career and whiped De leon at 122 but the night he gets hes ass handed to him hes all the sudden he was drained from being 122 cmon BULL**** its an excuse because he's got a hurt ego. Specially since he said and i quote "Let's see him knock out Mtagwa," . "I'll knock Garcia out like he did. Let's see what he can do with Mtagwa. Well he blew Mtagwa away in 2 rounds and made him look rly bad period.

      did you read my post?

i don't care about his record in this discussion, since that's not the problem

the problem is that he's talking like he has this super resume and actually has a case when saying he's not on the level of the current 126 pounders

if he's so great for this division, what's he doing there? shouldn't be going up if he doesn't have competition there?

good entertaining fighter. lets just hope he learns how to keep his mouth shut until he actually does something at 126

I almost wouldn't even say that Lopez is fundamentally better....Gamboa's starting to fight within himself and is looking way more disciplined. Plus he has all the physical advantages.

It will be a good fight, right now I give the slight edge to Gamboa.

And Bully...you know you're my dude, but don't act like you didn't try and take a subtle jab at Lopez in the OP.

I mean I don't care at all, Lopez is certainly looking like a *****, but don't pretend like this had nothing to do with Lopez just cause you didn't mention him by name.

I'm on to your fine print haha.

          lol what's your ****ing malfunction?

i never questioned how good gamboa was. i question his arrogance. he has no place to be talking about how great he is and how he's incomparable to the rest of the division.

juanma said 3 days prior to the mtagwa bout that he struggled too much making 122 that time. no one thought that it would be that ugly, but i doubt that juanma's gonna make such an "BS excuse" 3 days prior to fighting a guy with 12 loses, unless it actually was true

again i'll say it so you can mentally process it: I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH GAMBOA'S SKILLS, RESUME, AND CURRENT STANDING IN HIS CAREER. MY PROBLEM IS WITH HIS ARROGANCE AND COMMENTS ABOUT HOW HE'S SO GREAT, WHEN HE HAS ACTUALLY BEATEN NO ONE

juanma had a worse resume when he was 17-0, but he wasn't talking about how he was much better and on a whole other level when compared to de leon, caballero, vazquez and marquez. if he did, then trust me that i would have ****ted on him for that, just like i did when he said that caballero was a nobody

Well maybe the 1 thing hes going to keep from hes amateur olympian gold medalist days is hes pride and belief in himself ive heard him talk and do detect arrogance but not unfounded or in a disrespectful manner after all, he is (trivial wimpy tittle) but a world champion already which he won by knocking out jose rojas who came off a 12 round decission loss to chriss john and did i mention Rojas is the 1 guy that ko'd Caballero?

there's a huge difference between pride and arrogance

saying that he's the best is arrogance. saying it without actually being the best is ******

the best 126 pounder right now is chris john. if he has a problem with that, john called him out already. beat him and say that you're the best at 126. if he does, than at least he'll be an arrogant guy with truth behind him

Lol, my man. I am taking a jab at the entire division, and would like to see more of them act like amboa. I like his attitude, and that he treats opponents just like opponents should be treated.

He didnt pull a Mayweather and said that he was better than anyone without even fighting them like your saying, he said and i do believe i heard him clearly (i wasnt sitting that far back!) when he said it in spanish that he doesn't believe Juanma is in the same class as he is and that you cant compare Juanma with Him 2 different boxers 2 different styles, maybe hes tired of every frikin body comparing him to Juanma maybe hes jst giving Juanma a taste of hes own medicine honestly i want them to get it on not on d so distant future but this guy its not of the Assshole arrogance type hes respectful, ****y yes but honorable and respectful to hes opponents in victory and gives them props even after he beats them.
