gamboa is clearly the more superior athlete between the two. the more dynamic puncher. Much more upside. It should be a great fight. Although i would like to see gamboa & even juan ma get some more fights before facing each other.

Why rush this fight now? Make it bigger. Put Gamboa in with a lets say rocky juarez see if he can knock him out. Both fighters can get some more fights for seasoning & marination, especially Gamboa.

Maybe both fighters can each take on rafa marquez & izzy vasquez then take on each other.

It is still an interesting fight, putting to much stock in one fight against a common opponent or even a similar opponent is a rookie mistake. That said there are reasons to like Gamboa against JuanMa but there are also reason to like JuanMa.

It is a very interesting fight tough for me to really say who should be the favorite.

It was a great winf ro both no need to hate on Gamboa or Lopez.

I think Gamboa beats Lopez based on hand speed and the ability o move and slip pucnhes. Gamboa is just on anotherleve then Juanma.

I was walking out and saw Paulie with two dudes and a girl as he was walking out and he was bitching about Pac and steroids, swear to god. I screamed "Paulie" walked over and just gave me hand out for a pound. Just so typical that I just happen to see him and he's talking about Pac/steroids...hilarious.
