See the problem with your argument there is that a 10 million dollar penalty per pound overweight is not standard procedure either....thats not exactly in the NSAC handbook. It was simply a contract stipulation that team Pac asked for. Just like random testing was a contract stipulation team Mayweather asked for.

Disregard the fact that it is not standard NSAC procedue and ask yourself this question.......Why is random blood testing with a 14 day cut off such a big deal??? With a 14 day cut off no excuse team Pac has offered is acceptable.

I'm telling you my man, we keep bombing the thread with facts
and the same questions seem to be asked over and over. How
can Manny's fans and supporters and or Boxing fans in general look
at the fight falling apart the fault of Floyd's? He agreed and did
everything he was supposed to do to make the fight happen and
look out for his best interest as well. If I wasn't too sure about
something I would want to make sure I knew for sure what it was
that I was unsure about. Floyd wanted the random blood tests
to be sure Manny and himself would be competing on a even playing
field just like Manny put a 10MIL dollar penalty on Floyd for every
LB he came in over 147 to look out for his best interest. Floyd
agreed to Manny's stipulation but Manny did not agree to Floyd's.
what's the difference between 24 and 14days? You are still
giving blood. Roach said it only affected Manny 2 to 3 days
11 days is enough time to still be on your A game. Manny didin't
want the fight, plain as day.

pac has a problem with it. deal with it. it will take 3 days out of his training leading up to the biggest fight of his life. im more likely to believe that than he is taking undetected steroids that wont show up after the fight.

So your making excuses for Pac not taking the fight because
it will affect him for 2 or 3 days? He had 11 days left to get
ready for the fight. Am sure Pacquiao had waaaaaay more
distractions in his training camp than giving blood. That excuse
right there in my opinion is LAME. What kills me as well is that
now Pacquiao is talking about fighting Floyd sometime later
this year but knows damn well Floyd will want the same 14
day cut off date as he wanted before. Lets all just face it,

wanted but about what Floyd wanted as well. Floyd agreed to
everything and only asked for 1 demand and Manny declined a 14
day cut off? WHY? That is a super minor thing to agree on.
Name one fighter or person on this planet that would walk away
from a big fight like that because of random blood and urine tests?
Wasn't like they wanted Manny to get tested the day of the fight
or even 5 days before the fight. I don't care what you or no one
says in defense of what Manny did but there is no way in hell
giving blood affects you that much to the point where you lose
all your strength and focus that severely. Manny had plenty of
time to recover.

Because it was documented that 24 days wasn't good enough
to ditect if someone was using steroids and or enhancements.
That's why Floyd wanted 14 days if I am not mistaken.
