I don't care if the negotiations is positive. I will only believe it when the fight is OFFICIALLY announce.

I was becoming a fan when PBF beats Gatti then started running against Baldomir. Then he started talking about his the best, even better than the Robinson and Leonard. Then avoiding Cotto, Williams, Mosley, and Margarito. He complained about going up in weight against Dela Hoya and using gloves that Oscar preferred. But against JM Marquez, he didn't even make the agreed catchweight. Then in the Pac negotiations, he started demanding blood test which he did not demand before on his fighters. I don't mind blood test but 7 blood and 12 urine tests(according to reports) is too much. There were reports that he also want the fight at 154 pounds and Pac wearing 10 ounce gloves.

I talked **** about PBF about his fighting style about running but that isn't really my problem. Its his **** talking. He said his gonna stand toe to toe but he does the opposite. Even in interviews, he says one thing then later contradicts it.

The fight wasn't going to be at 154 especially since Pacquiao isn't even willing to fight Mosley above 142.

And the gloves being 10oz is also bs. They agreed to 8oz.

When you take everything into account, it actually seems less that he was "ducking" other fighters from the beginning anyway.

It's obvious he came back for the sole purpose of fighting Pacquiao. He's been quoted as saying "I've still got guys to beat out there". Coming out of retirement, fighting JMM, and then a negotiation with Pacquiao? One can look at the JMM fight as a way of putting JMM out of the picture to deny Pacquiao any way of having a trilogy with JMM so that he can rush to a Pac fight. And for those who want to believe he copped out of the Pac fight by demanding random blood tests, I ask this: Which is more farfetched to believe... that if Floyd really was scared and a coward, why would he bank his whole chance of not fighting Pacquiao on a demand in drug testing, not even his camp can be sure that Pacquiao was going to deny it. THey even pushed for it in the weeks thereafter but Pac camp couldn't agree to less than 24 days despite Freddie Roach stating Pac would need only as few as 3-5 days, meanwhile Mayweather camp stated 14 days which is more than that. Or is it easier to believe that Pacqiuao simply did not want the fight because the ball was in HIS COURT in terms of testing. HE'S the one who said no to the fight. Which camp was looking at other fighters and giving up from the beginning? Meanwhile Floyd's camp wasn't even looking into any other fighter until the negotiations were COMPLETELY DEAD.

So really, *******s need to look at the facts once in a while because this is getting repetitive.

This is how i have seen the events unfold also. IMO Floyds sole reasoning to unretire was to get some big money fights. He was setting up the Pac fight from the start.

if pacquiao fought mosley that time. you'll say pacquiao ducked cotto. you would say pac is scared to fight cotto b/c cotto beats mosley. LOL...

No I wouldn't have said that because Mosley had just Annihilated
Margarito the man who whupped Cotto's ass. Mosley was/is the
man at 147 not Cotto. If Pac would have fought Mosley then it
would have been all good for me because that was the biggest
power move to solidify himself at 147. I'm not like a lot of posters
who make excuses just because they like or hate a fighter. I call
it how I see it. Before Pac even considered a fight with Cotto, Mosley
was calling Pac and Floyd out. Manny didn't even entertain fighting
Shane.

I saw the Mosley toothache video and will find it but I also
have this video of Floyd calling EVERYONE out. A lot of these
cats are not Boxing fan because all they do is insult and hate.

It just baffles me how you guys swear Floyd is scared of Mosley
when he dedicated his professional career to moving up and
trying to land a big fight with either Oscar and or Mosley? Where
do you get that he was ever scared of Mosley? I just don't get
who made that up? It is not facts AT ALL! Floyd called Mosley
out waaay back and every commentator, writer, annalyst and
BOXING FAN knows this. Not trying to down play you but call
it how you see it. The evidence I just posted on this thread
TWO videos confirming Floyd wanted the fight WHEN Mosley
was in his prime.
