I voted NO and its not that I got anything against Cotto cuz I'm a fan, I feel he's on his way to being a hall of famer especially since he fights anyone and he's fought some big names now but I feel he's still young and has alot of time to really place his name in history...

Carlos Quintana - Very good fighter that Cotto dominated. Only man to beat Paul Williams who beat Margarito.

Oktay Urkal - Solid tough fighter.

Zab Judah - Former lineal WW champ and Cotto beat him worse than Mayweather.

Shane Mosley - HOF, enough said.

Alfonso Gomez - A bum that Cotto dominated.

Antonio Margarito - Top WW at the time and a guy no one wanted to fight.

Michael Jennings - A bum Cotto dominated.

Joshua Clottey - Top 5 WW and Cotto beat him with a huge cut on his eye.
