In other words.....losses mean **** when they come against other great fighters.
He had great wins though. The TS said a guy with NO great wins.

TS meant that a guy who fought Mosley, Cotto, Margarito, Pacquiao and lost to all of them in very close fights that could've gone either way can still be considered world class.

            I agree.

There are no moral victories in boxing. Who cares you made it close. Your ass still went home with a LOSS.

Im not big on praising losers.

So you're saying 3 judges decide who's world class and who's not in a close fight?.....

You must be big on praising undefeated fighters then huh.

Why don't you have JCC Jr. avatar then?

That guy is definitely world class...

JMM? That guy is a loser! Who cares that he gaves Pacquiao his toughest fights.

He still lost! He's not world-class!

This whole thread is just a big attack on Floyd

But yeah, fighting quality fighters is more important than being undefeated. But when you do both, like Floyd has done, it shows you are a truly special fighter.

I never attack specific boxers, most of my threads are theoretical in nature....forget about Floyd he is not boxing and I really don't want to talk about him.

I want to talk about the concept of "world class" here, and if anything I am attacking the praising of worthless unbeaten records.
