I don't like the long inactivity leading to the fight for Shane.
As for his record, that's what happens when you fight the best guys out there, ducking no one. Mayweather fights all the guys Shane has been fighting, he wouldn't be undefeated.Comment

When four of those losses were to primes Wright and Forrest and the other a controversial loss to an undefeated Cotto and he has some very good wins over that period.
And of course you'd rather him fight Alvarez, much lower risk at this point.Comment

Cong****. You are the first mayweather fan to make my ignore list. This is old man, washed up, past his prime, inactive Shane Mosley's fight record for his last 14 fights. Mosley would lose to anyone in the welterweight top 20. The guy has seen too many wars, his body is beat up, he is burned out, he is much older now than when Sugar Ray Leonard lost to Hector Camacho.
Shane Mosley is a has-been that should no longer be allowed to fight.
I am the biggest Mayweather fan around and frankly, I would rather see Floid fight that 19 year old Mexican kid.
Poor Shane Mosley. He has been with wars with Winky Wright, De Lahoya, Forrest. He is all ****** up. He is shot. Sugar Shane is not a 10th of a man that he used to be.
Sugar Shane shouldn't be allowed to fight. As his record, age, and failing health indicates, he should not be given a boxer's license.Comment

I think he would. He's just that good. People act like Floyd cherrypicked people. EVERYONE he fought has asked him to fight them. Hoya, Hatton, everyone. I agree he picked Marquez but that's because Marquez was the p4p #2 and he was setting up a fight with Paquiao, even then. It made sense.
Now we are starting to realize people aren't happy WHOEVER Mayweather chooses.
If it's Shane? Shane's too old
If it was Margarito they'd say "Margarito lost to Shane"
I mean WTF?!! No other fighter gets this.Comment

As sickening as it is. Only Pacquiao can give Mayweather prestige. I think he alluded to this when he said fighting Pacquiao would be a no win situation for him and of course the *******s immediately jumped on him by calling him an excuse maker. Unfortunately, the *******s' views have been shared by the public too.I think he would.

PacMan, on the other hand is sitting pretty. If he fights Shane or Floyd and loses, people would just say that he was too small. I think Team Pacquiao have done at lying to the public that he went up from jr. lightweight to welterweight flawlessly when all that really happened was that he cut weight less and less.
There is evidence that that liar Pacquiao has been 144 lbs. during fight night as he moved up through all those lower weight divisions. Truth was, he never really moved up but they hyped it as moving up so that each time he beat someone near his natural fighting weight of 144 lbs., it would look fantastic when nothing special really happened. And of course, if he loses, he wasn't supposed to win anyway cause he was too small.
Arum and Roach, degenerate liars that they are, fooled everyone. So that if Pac loses to any welterweight nothing happens to his legacy. But if beats even a mediocre welterweight he is the greatest fighter since Sugar Ray Robinson.
Mayweather, sadly, has the opposite problem. Anything great thing that he accomplishes gets downgraded. And every failure will be the end of the world. Unfortunate but true.
But who cares what the *******s think. Floyd will win against Shane for sure, then the *******s attack the achievement like locusts.Comment
