There's truth to what you have posted. But popular views are always misconstrued and I know that you are aware of this already.

Both fighters walked away from it if this fight won't ever happen. It is an agreement of both sides, not an indictment of the other based on one's predicament of the other, an accusation or allegation.

Mayweather could suggest but cannot enforce a random blood testing, that's all he can make. But what an important piece that he has brought up because this would pressure the NSAC to make it as a requirement from now on.

Likewise there is a cultural issue to this. We "westerners" take things as a matter of factly and really object oriented, nothing wrong with that but we have to also consider other culture's view on the issue of blood.

Not many people know Philippines is both a modern and of the antiquity in terms of matters of faith. And we see things here in the West from our perspective only.

Protocols and rules of engagements are the issue here that both sides doesn't see.

But Mayweather plays well with the media. He is a genius in terms of bringing up su****ions and getting anything towards his advantages. (one can also argue the same towards Pacquiao)

And so I am impartial when it comes to judgement or rather relatively more impartial. Mayweather throws some allegations...without proof. What to do?

It is a baiting tactic. But obviously didn't work with Pacquiao from a different mindset.

What we all fail to do is to objectify the issues only in our own psyche but fails to acknowledge the otherness.

For me maybe it would put an * on his resume at 147lbs but I would like to see him in there with one more opponent it may be someone we have even seen yet Maybe Berto will put himself in lime light and that could be Mayweathers last opponent but truly for me I would love to see Tony mount a few good wins and get Floyd in there with him so he could beat Tony from buckle to turn post in a lopsided manner to shut all the Margacheato fans up once and for all...Lefty

Floyd would be OFFICIAL if he won those 2 fights......but he'll get beat by Shane then Manny will get the same......I wonder where you guys will put Shane IF he knocks out Floyd and Manny in the SAME year?!?.....just asking!!

My man if Shane beats both Floyd and Manny he is catapulted into ATG status if he aint already there. Many view Shane as a HOFFer but somehave there second thoughts about his ATG. To me he is already and ATG TOP 100 but those two wins at the ripe young age of 38 would put him over the top...Lefty

I don't what part of the wrold you live or what world you live in for that matter but over here in the US people are saying what Ia m saying and I am hearing from the average Joe on the street not just people or fans in this forum. This was not just a big fight it was the BIGGEST FIGHT IN THE PAST 20 YEARS. Honestly whether he is a media darling or not people are going to ask him the question. That why he slapped a law suit on people to stop people from taling about it. i do not think the entire scenario was planned because if Manny say okay to the drug tests than he and Floyd are fighting on 3/13 and both making 40+ million. If Manny says okay to the testing and he is on PEDS he is forced to train and fight clean thus eliminating any extra advantage he may or may not get from using whatever substance he may or may not be using. Either way it is turning out to be a win win situation for Floyd. Because 20 years dwon the line from now when people think back to this fight and ask why it did not happen if it in fact does not happen people are going to say "BECAUSE MANNY WOULDN't TKAE A BLOOD TEST? " When the question is raised about who was the best of this ERA people are going to say yeah that MANNY WAS GREAT BUT..... I agree, but I do think that it was GBP and Top Rank planning to make the fight until late 2010, but the hype went out of control by PAC's Team contradicting themselves and making look Manny as guilty as it gets...and really pissing everybody on the "negotiations", Arum never had the intention on making the fight always proposing deadlines and other possible opponents.

I think this was a move to make more fight before "THE FIGHT", and milk some more from the PAC vs PBF saga...Now the coincidence of the hurricane it's a shame for Berto...I would've love to see Mosley vs Berto, then in May PBF vs SSM, and late 2010 or early 2011 PBF vs PAC.

I dislike Mayweather as a person but respect his skill level and I have always respected his business sense even though he as a fighter did not give us the fights we wanted. That only started after he became a WW but come on lets be honest who did not want to see him fight Judah, Oscar and Hatton? Only until recently and with hindsite can we say he didn;t fight Margarito, Cotto and Mosley. Truth be told we may get 2 better fights in Mosley and Pacquiao. As for being respected I think it is hard not to RESPECT ME since I make valuid points and argue with statements based on facts and other people whom have respected opinons. Who and which fighters the people I consort with favor makes no difference since we are all boxing fans and with out us these so called superstars are nothing remember that. Honestly I like pacquiao but I am starting to grow a serious dislike for his fans and the fans he has especially on this site and board. I agree and have stated it many times on my shows that all along this was hype created by GBP and May and was fed into by Pac and Co and all alogn they were going to fight. They just needed more time to build up a climax to this HUGE EVENT...Lefty
