Lidocaine. Isn't it obvious to you why Floyd Mayweather wouldn't request random blood testing for lidocaine?

Floyd wanted random testing, not testing on fixed dates..
I thought 24 days was just a cutoff date, wasn't it? That means Pac can be tested randomly, anytime from the start of training camp to 24 days before the fight. That gives about a one month window for a random blood test, plus unlimited urine testing (to detect common steroids, EPO, etc).

I didn't think blood testing targeted one particular substance. Blood testing checks for everything they can test for, no?

If you're being sarcastic never mind.

I don't know how old that article is but it doesn't even seem as if this new test has hit the market. Furthermore, it doesn't matter. Those same organizations quoted in that article as being excited about the potential of this new test are the same ones who are demanding urine AND blood testing.

I'm not against stricter testing. Pac agreed to stricter testing. You have to draw the line somewhere. Pac's line was based on personal experience (1st Morales fight).

Bottom line, Pac agreed to stricter testing. Is this a true statement or not?

Pac never agreed to random testing, he said testing on three fixed dates. The first test date was at the start of the promo tour, the second was at 30 days before the fight and then was moved to 24 days before the fight and the last one was after the fight.

So was Pacquiao lying when he mentioned a host of other excuses for his loss to Morales?

Hell with me. All I know is that in 2005, he said the blood test before the Morales fight weakened him. If that's his experience, that's his experience.

24 Days was when they went to mediation with that judge and Mayweather insisted on at a minimum 14 days with RANDOM being the stipulation.
