The facts are clear. Blood testing was in the contract originally {That means from the beginning - For the learning impaired} and didn't become an issue until GBP blew off Dallas stadium. Then Arum was in the media every other day claiming to be looking for other fights. How do you start looking for other match-ups while you're in negotiations????

Floyd and his father was not in good terms and suddenly he listened to his father about this "PAC on roids" crap.

bottomline, PAC was willing to adhere to the standard procedure so the fight was almost certain. But in reality, fans saw through how gayweather was just pretending to want to fight PAC.

Blood test, blood test, blood test, there are other means other than blood test there is Hair and Saliva but Mayweather never brought this up as an alternatives in the proposal. And there is said, to be a break through where HGH can now be detected by urine testing http://www.usatoday.com/sports/2008-...ine-test_N.htm. why not also mention this as another option.
