yes he hasnt weighed in over when its been at 147, but thats not the point. he weighed over the limit in his last fight and that is just not acceptable from pros. that is another form of cheating. why would he be worried about making 147 if he has never missed that limit before? 10 mil per pound is there so that if he did weigh over, pac wouldnt lose out financially because there would be no fight if he was over. and mayweather should do the same with pac.But that was a catch weight fight and I guess Floyd realized that
he couldn't make weight anymore (doesn't make it right) and has
settled into 147. The Pac/Floyd fight was supposed to be at 147,
an official weight for Welter so why would Manny need to impose
a 10MIL penalty on a guy that doesn't have a history of coming in
over 147? My opinion is that the 10MIL penalty on weight was a
mind thing to have Mayweather worry about making weight. Arum,
Roach and Pac are doing an excellent job of playing the fans of the
sport for fools. Well, only the ones that are not trying to see the truth. People can believe what they want but at the very end, I won't cosign
what Pacquiao did and if Floyd would have done what Pac did to kill
this fight then guaranteed Pac fans and supporters would have
condemned Floyd for not taking the random tests and or is a cheater.
The double standards are incredibly bias.Comment

i cant be arsed but thanks anyways! theres only 1 person out of the 2 with a history of ducking and it aint pac.dude go through some of my earlier posts in this thread.....detailing how + why team Pac ducked this one in March...and also how much they have contradicted themselves throughout this entire process.....im not posting it again on this thread..........my views on the matter are known and well voiced in this thread + others........im actually starting to get sick of posting it.......GOOD NITEComment

Why Floyd would cheat because Pacquiao is? How does that make sense? Then all you have is two cheaters who claim to be the best in the world
Shows how much you care about boxingComment

Manny Pacquiao made Miguel Cotto fight him at 145 and putyes he hasnt weighed in over when its been at 147, but thats not the point. he weighed over the limit in his last fight and that is just not acceptable from pros. that is another form of cheating. why would he be worried about making 147 if he has never missed that limit before? 10 mil per pound is there so that if he did weigh over, pac wouldnt lose out financially because there would be no fight if he was over. and mayweather should do the same with pac.
his title on the line when Pac fought at 147 for the Oscar fight.
I think Pacquiao is the last person to be looking down on
a fighter because of weight. If Pac was so worried about
Floyd coming in over weight trying to gain an advantage then
why is he fighting Clottey at 147, when Clottey weighs more
than Floyd on fight night? Come on bro.Comment

knock out
Check this out,
pacman loses this fight with clottey, because he afraid to juice up, and blows the 30 million thats still on the table for later in the year, and lose the election also. Clottey ruins Arums plans , the same thing happened to Roy Jones Jr. this year since he is off the juice he is not the same fighter anymore. Tony Mandorich was a monster in College, but he took every roid known to mankind. but when he got off , well you know the rest of the story. the biggest bust in NFL historyComment

he did, which i think was wrong, should have been 145 and no title or 147 and title IMO. but at least both sides agreed to 145 and made the weight. mayweather did not do that with marquez, instead he was a sneaky bastard and said 144, yet came in at 146. so in my opinion that is worse because mayweather agreed to a weight and then failed to make it. i wouldnt imagine pac is worried at all about floyd coming in over, hes just making sure he still gets paid if he does. its nothing to do with clottey, this 10 mil per pound stuff is solely there because mayweather effectively cheated at his last weigh inn.Manny Pacquiao made Miguel Cotto fight him at 145 and put
his title on the line when Pac fought at 147 for the Oscar fight.

Not only that but Team Pacroid started making excuses before the negotiations started. They came out the box blaming Floyd saying he would be too hard to negotiate with. I wouldn't be surprised if team roid came up with some kinda plan of escape like Pacroid retiring after the Clottey fight or even Clottey winning a decision which is another way Pacroid can bow out using his fake ass political career as an excuse.I think my posts are pretty unbias because I speak from a logical
stand point and look at things from a person living in the real world
not through the eyes of a fighter(s) I will probably never meet.
I think Manny fans and supporters are the most defensive and
insulting when it comes to this topic. I like Pac too because he
proved me wrong and earned my respect BUT to kill a fight over
random blood tests because they didn't want the guy who asked
for them to have the upper hand is nonsense. I also can't cosign
all the flack Floyd gets and other fighters get passes for doing the
same thing. Honestly I think people hating on Floyd is more than
him not fighting top guys because even when he did, does or try
and wins it was/is never enough. Floyd made negotiations very
easy for Pac and all he wanted was something a lil extra and
reassuring to make him feel 100% that both fighters were on
the up and up. What's wrong with that? It's almost like Pac
fans and supporters fault Floyd for handling his business and
looking out for his best interest? That's what you do in life
and business. Team Pac came out with EVERY EXCUSE on
why he shouldn't get RANDOMLY tested. You don't see anything
funny with that at all?Comment

EPO can be detected in urine right? WADA even claims in its website that urine testing is the only scientifically validated test for EPO. Pacquiao already said he's willing to give random unlimited urine testing, so I guess that takes care of the question of EPO use.
If HGH is the issue, like you said, effects on performance enhancement are as of yet unverified (didn't do much for Vargas and Mosley) and to add to that, there are also these supposed health risks and side effects to the user.Don Caitlin has also gone on record saying the 24 days Pac wanted was not good enough and that an athlete could dope at that time. Don Caitlin has also gone on record with regard to blood testing being needed for micrea.....
As for HGH the effects on performace across various sports is unknown at this time. As it is relatively new you would need more info and solid facts about its purported benefits. Testing, trials, experience etc etc
You also know that there are existing laws about illegal distribution of anabolic steroids and human growth hormone right? And all these carry prison terms and fines for the supplier. Now that these allegations are getting too much media attention, do you think that supplier would risk being caught? If it was me, I'd lie low for a while and let the issue die down, let Pacquiao get his stuff elsewhere.
And is it also true that HGH is best injected and not taken in orally, or used as a cream or spray?
There is this chart out there of this supposed growth of Pacquiao since the David Diaz fight...didn't look extraordinary, and since you brought in the idea of increased muscle mass and decreased fat, there are a lot of boxers out there are look more chiseled than Pacquiao and that includes the Floyd Mayweather that fought Marquez.
