The reason for imposing the 10MIL
Whem Mayweather and Marquez fought they agreed to a catch weight. A catch weight that PBF came in over at the weigh-in. So, Pac team imposed the 10 MIL to try to eliminated the possiblities of PBF coming in with a weight advantage and breaching the agreement.BS? Yes but an agreement is an agreement. Let's just fight!!!Comment

If Mayweather believes passing a drug test in Nevada is easy and he believes that Pacquiao is juicing, why not used PEDs himself and beat Pacquiao at his own game? He knows he can't be detected by NSAC right? Honestly how's this ******? Explain please
The point is Mayweather claims that Pacquiao is cheating and at the same time the NSAC testing can be easily passed. What do you do to even the playing field and get the 40mil payday? Beat Pacquiao at his own game. Simple.
Oh I forgot, Floyd doesn't cheat (except for the Marquez fight where he cheated him on the scales), and cares a lot about boxing (except of course when he left the sport, then claiming it is dead without him.)

I don't think Floyd is in a position to dictate anything. If he is, please tell me why.I think my posts are pretty unbias because I speak from a logical
stand point and look at things from a person living in the real world
not through the eyes of a fighter(s) I will probably never meet.
I think Manny fans and supporters are the most defensive and
insulting when it comes to this topic. I like Pac too because he
proved me wrong and earned my respect BUT to kill a fight over
random blood tests because they didn't want the guy who asked
for them to have the upper hand is nonsense. I also can't cosign
all the flack Floyd gets and other fighters get passes for doing the
same thing. Honestly I think people hating on Floyd is more than
him not fighting top guys because even when he did, does or try
and wins it was/is never enough. Floyd made negotiations very
easy for Pac and all he wanted was something a lil extra and
reassuring to make him feel 100% that both fighters were on
the up and up. What's wrong with that? It's almost like Pac
fans and supporters fault Floyd for handling his business and
looking out for his best interest? That's what you do in life
and business. Team Pac came out with EVERY EXCUSE on
why he shouldn't get RANDOMLY tested. You don't see anything
funny with that at all?
I posted this before. Saying "yes" to the Mayweather bloodtesting protocol, at a time when there are already bad press about this, is a no-win situation for Pacquiao.
If Pacquiao won, people would say that its because got a 14-day window to juice up. If he lost, people would say that he wasn't able to use PEDs because of the stringent tests...questions will be raised about his past wins win or lose, and to make things worse, Mayweather will be laughing all the way to the bank. At least now, Mayweather has to fight 3-4 fights to get that 40mil - if he's lucky.

u knew all these coz u also cheats?? damn *****s are geniusesPointless to dope outside of training period when you are doing nothing. This test was simply done to save face. Basically the NSAC thinks all boxing fans are ****** enough to think 2 clean tests at that point in time actually mean anything....guess what they are right....boxing fans are dumb. The whole idea of sending a guy on a plane to get a urine sample from Pac a few weeks after a fight is laughable......
Random blood + urine testing during training camps (6 to 8 weeks) and 1 week after the fight is the only way you will catch dopers in boxing because this is when they dope. This is when it is beneficial to dope. Athletes don't do a course of roids or whatever when they don't even know when the next competition or match is...
Boxing needs to accept a blanket WADA or USADA style testing across all states to ensure fair play sooner rather than later.Comment

All I have to say is that your damned if ya do and damnedI don't think Floyd is in a position to dictate anything. If he is, please tell me why.

if ya don't but if Pac agreed to the test, passed them, fought
Mayweather I think people would more the less have forgotten
all about it. Floyd has been making major fights and money
waaaay before Pac. Manny still hasn't topped Floyd in PPV
numbers. Floyd/Oscar is still the highest grossing boxing
match in history. Floyd fighting anyone right now will get
him paid. I have a feeling Floyd/Mosley will happen this
year and that PPV would do pretty good I'm sure.Comment

8oz gloves can be used for 147lb welterweight. and Manny did the right thing where he went to the commission and and wanted to change the rules on that policy and they did. Floyd could've used 10oz gloves all he want but Manny was going to use 8oz. The 10 million was just a number. Roaches ultimatum is if he was even an ounce over 147lb, then fight was off. That would put a real damper on negotiations, would it? Thowing 100million dollars or 2 bucks wouldn't really matter. And give me a break. He accepted 50/50 becuase the fight would not even be in any shape or form in the table. And Pacaman did the same. So all manny did was he basically just "checked" Floyd's previous antics on the negotiation table. As for USADA, you kow what happened there. Now manny is fighting on the 13th while Floyd is still doing nothing but waiting for an opponent and MOST LIKELY NOT GETTING PAID.NSAC rules were initially 10 oz for 135 and above....the majority of States use 8 oz to 147..........but the point is floyd agreed to 8 oz when he could have asked for 10......he agreed to a 10 mil per pound penalty....a 50/50 split.....If floyd really wanted to he could have said no to all OR JUST ONE of those requests and team Pac and the *******s would have used it as an excuse as to why the fight didn't happen and Floyd ducked.......instead he agreed..
All floyd did was ask for USADA random style testing, which Roach and team Pac knew well before the media did......so how did floyd duck.....he could have legitametely refused all of team pacs requests but did not......
yet some still believe floyd was the one at fault......how would he even know requesting better tests would make Pac and cohorts run for the hills and destroy this fight????.....when they initially requested it Roach said it was no problem.....Comment
