He milked Cotto first then cash him out and now cotto is almost as good as done, I dont know why cotto didnt go it alone when he had the chance before the Margarito fight, He had one fight left with Arum but somehow Arum got him to sign for another 3 or 4 fights.

Then specifically how did Arum ruin Cotto's career.

Also, he is offering him career resurection against Foreman for a soft 154 lb title.

Than I'll see you there homie...

I was there at the eve of the PR parade this last summer..and the arena was going NUTS over Cotto-Clottey..

I'm sure it'll be even crazier in his last performance there..although I highly doubt this will be his last year in boxing..especially if he goes back to winning with Evangelista back in his corner..

That's what I'm talking about man. He's really the man. That's exactly what I told my buddy. We're getting tickets as soon as possible. It's going to be one of those special, special, nights at MSG.

My hope for Cotto is that he gets one last fight in MSG and one last fight in Puerto Rico, then retire.

Because to go it alone you would have to spend your own money on the promotion. Cotto was not willing to do that. A fight at his level would have been a multi million dollar gamble.

By feeding him to Pacquiao just over a year after the Margarito beating.

arum didnt ruin his career in fact he actually guided it very carefully and when cotto was at his peak he put him in the ring with the toughest comp available and the only thing that ruined his career was the fact that cotto accepted whatever was put in front of him and didnt pick and choose his oppositon like some other fighters who will go unnamed. that being said arum is a greedy piece of ****

Cotto should've moved on. After the loss, Arum didn't care about Cotto IMO.

I'm sorry but I am having a problem following your logic. If Cotto was not repaired physically and mentally 15 months after the Margo beating, when was he ever going to be?

And if he was never going to be prepared wasn't it the best idea to make the most money possible fighting the biggest name out there before your star fades?

Further, he fought twice after the Margo beating and handled himself very nicely. Arum gave him a "confidence booster" fight in Jennings and then a manadatory title defense against Clottey.

I just don't get your logic. Is it it just based on Arum hate? What?
