It would be mildly entertaining but not a whole lot of drama in the contest. In the ring there would be some decent action, but I just can't see the fight going any way but Mayweather winning in dominating style.

Malignaggi beat Diaz in a more consistent matter than Marquez did. He has more speed than Marquez, is bigger, and I don't think he will be as easy to find. Floyd will win the fight though.
