I'm sure I'm gonna be called crazy, but I don't see this as a easy showcase fight for Mayweather.

Stylistically, Paulie could give Floyd some problems. He has the speed, the elusiveness, the ring savvy to be competitive with Floyd. Obviously, I would FAVOR Floyd in this bout, but I don't see Floyd completely and totally outclassing him. Paulie has a great jab and movement, but his Achilles's heel would be his lack of power which would make it a somewhat safe fight for Floyd. He may take chances against Malignaggi.

The fight would defo be boring, though. I don't know if this would be a great choice if Floyd is trying to win fans over.

Paulie would lose badly, infact Mayweather may even walk him down.

Paulie is a predictable fighter who fights in rhythm, he also moves the same way and a lot of his jabs are not that accurate, if you watch the first Juan Diaz fight you take a look how many of those jabs actually land on Diaz.

It is really bad. It's two counter punchers who do everything they can to avoid a fight. They would probably spend half of each round staring at each other while circling.

Yeah thats what they said with JMM and Floyd. But Some how the boring, counterpunching, potshoting Floyd was able to completely dominate JMM in the most one side fight in history. The no heart counter punching Floyd somehow knocked out an undefeated Hatton. The potshotting FMJ won every round against the lineal WW champ Baldomir. The nonagressive Floyd completely destroyed an undefeated Corrales. Sadly, Floyd is just too good for his own good. A week ago when it was proposed that Pac would fight Paulie no one said **** but now when Floyd might fight him its a travesty. As a Floyd fan i hope Floyd fights Paul Williams so that all these haters will shut their mouths. Unfortunatley even after Floyd dominates the no defense, inaccurate, easy to hit, off balanced and wild punching P. Will these haters will still have something crazy to say.
