mayweather is getting advise from doctors and steroid experts. Is it fair to say that those guys know better than you or I?

Similarly, pac is getting advice. only MP knows how/why he feels after needle.

If Pacquiao is on EPO there are lab works out there measuring/monitoring his Hgb/Hct levels.

Money is not an issue with these tests, they can use the expensive urinalysis to detect the synthetic EPO. WADA already stated that synthetic EPO is best detected in urine.

To get to the point, Pac shouldve accepted the 14 day proposal, no matter how late it came and Floyd should have never brought the ****** issue up.

        **** them both.
Real talk? Team may offered the 14 day proposal before the mediation (even according to Arum)

Mediation wasn't even necessary. Floyd had split it down the middle.

I'll ask you this what is the basis of Mayweather's accusations?

No. It's a negative feedback mechanism, low O2 -> body compensates by increasing production of RBC.

Dehydration can also increase Hct level.

We know that synthetic blood doping can be detected in urine. Can it detect anything else? And by the way, what does "synthetic EPO" mean? EPO is "synthetic." And naturally, there are masking agents athletes take to cover this up. But by taking the urine test with the blood test, you have the user at checkmate. Even if they are unable to detect the EPO, they will know something is amiss by checking the blood count. Furthermore, the blood test can detect natural transfusions, among other things. I'm no doctor but there's every reason to believe that the objects used for these transfusions aren't as messy as in years past. And so forth. So cut it out. And since the blood test is so much cheaper (like being more efficient is a bad thing?), there should be no problem putting up cash for it on a consistent basis.

Pac wasn't told until after the mediation.

So yes, it did come late.

Why take random blood tests when it's unnecessary?

                      Ummmmm, TO MAKE A 40 MILLION DEAL. It's called a compromise. A trade-off.

have you ever bought an insurance policy on something but not have a claim? it happens.

Floyd has always made 147. But Pac wanted a $10 mil per lb policy to be sure. It happens. i'm fine with that.

For $40 million, you can draw the blood from my penis.
