I don't think he has, yet. But the Pacquiao-Cotto PPV numbers were a good sign that he could be following right behind him.

i think he has. not being biased. but here in dubai, when I asked a lady secretary from Africa if she knows who pacquiao is coz as a Filipino Pac is a national pride. She said yes. Pac is the only boxer that she knows. She doesnt even know Delahoya. Not sure in the US. but around the world, i would say Pac is more popular.

                    R u serious?

Amir Khan is not popular at all in the UK. Half the UK hate the ****y, 3rd person speaking bell end. The scenes after the Prescott fight showed it all.

A few people have already mentioned some of what I am going to say...

Oscar's popularity is unlike anything we've ever scene...The perfect storm... His Olympic gold medal win coincided with the internet explosion...The biggest part, and someone mentioned this earlier...He was marketed heavily to the ladies...

I am not one of those who thinks ODLH is an ATG but I will say this...He faced the very very best of his generation...Also, his willingness to put himself in harms way was commendable and attracted those who might not have wanted to see see him win, which in the very least gained their respect...

Pac is a God in the Philippines and has exciting KO power...but he doesn't have the same support in the US nor the model good looks that OLDH had...and this coupled with the questions that his non-fans have about him, is going to be really telling going forward...

In short, nowhere near ODLH's level...No one is!
