The fact is neither side of the story can be proven and it doesn't matter anyway. The only thing that mattered was that fight and Pac destroyed his own reputation by not submitting to random testing. No one should be allowed to say they will take the tests when they feel like it. They should have made random testing apart of the whole proses 10 years ago.
