What Welter-Weights are available for Floyd on March 13th?

at this point in time, if ever Mayweather wins a belt (IBF for example), he can drop the belt first before he can be stripped of it, and it wouldnt matter. Same with Pacquiao. They are now greater than the sport itself and can dictate themselves against the sanctioning bodies. So if ever IBF threatens to strip (later on), they can just

Not really a lot of WW's available for March. Berto/Mosley/Cotto will all be coming off of fights (Cotto needs more time to recover). I would say Quintana or PWilliams even Kermit Cintron if they can come down in weight are better than Matthew Hatton of Paulie.

I hate to say it, but the IBF already stripped Floyd after winning the belt from Judah back in 06 because Mayweather challenged Baldomir (WBC and lineal champ) instead of fighting some joke IBF mandatory.

IBF also stripped Margarito when he tried unifying with Cotto (WBA champ at the time) and then stripped Clottey for also trying to unify with Cotto (WBO champ at the time).

You asked what welterweights are available and I told you Luis Collazo and Alfonso Gomez are free. Gomez is even under GBP. Both are ranked higher in the division consensuswise than Zaveck.
