A Pacquiao fight with Mayweather doesnt need a belt, The names sells the fight, If he had to fight Zaveck who nobody knows it has to be for a reason (The belt).

There's a reason why Floyd collected WBC belts and requested Pacquiao's title NOT be on the line.

why would he refuse Pacquiao's belt and the sanctioning fee for it but pay it against a much lesser known fighter with no following?
