I'm talking about the random blood testing all of sudden a requirement in boxing particularly for PAC, hence, Mosley was not being required to undergo such testing after admitting he used steroid before.

They came up with this coz of May Sr. accusing Pac of using RIODS and of course he Floyd would listen.

There's nothing really bad about a teaspoon of blood, but if the frequency is high that's bad, since it is RANDOM.

Moreover, it should be NSACs prerogative to subject the boxers to such test not b-coz Floyd says so. That's why its a big deal.

Why Mayweather is so special that he can make his own requirements/rules on boxing? Why just follow the existing rules on the table.
