As have you said Roach agreed to 5 days cut off, Team Pac will submit to random testing if the AUTHORITIES said so w/c is NSAC. If NSAC says they will conduct random blood testing team pac will abide. But they WILL NOT DO IT just b-coz Mayweather says so? NO, no, no, not on Mayweathers condition. Let the NSAC do their job and let the boxers box on the ring.

If Pac is really one-dimensional and Floyd can beat Pac whether on "ROID" or not, he should sign the contract w/o hesitation.

Shane is promoted by GPB and if he dosen't want testing they are obligated to refuse on his behalf. Just like they are obligated to push for them if Mayweather wants them.

Roach said testing with a 5 day cut off is acceptable....he never mentioned NSAC.
