Shane is promoted by GPB and if he dosen't want testing they are obligated to refuse on his behalf. Just like they are obligated to push for them if Mayweather wants them.

Roach said testing with a 5 day cut off is acceptable....he never mentioned NSAC.

Team Pac will not agree on such conditions dude. They will agree on the NSAC with regards to drug testing.

All of us wants the fights, but we cannot force them, all we can do here is to exchange, agree or disagree with our opinions.

I still believe that this fight will happen if not this march most probably September. They are running out of time to meet half-way.

And I'm starting to believe to other people that this fight is too good to be true to happen as early as March. A lot of money involved and they really need time to promote the fight to attract more viewers, the more viewers the more money for them.

You don't need to have evidence. Floyd never made an accusation. He agreed to ALL conditions of Pac's camp then asked FOR ONE condition: Random olympic style blood testing.
