Welterweight limit = 147 for the TITLE. If you want to get a welterweight belt
you have to come in 147 and below. Correct?


Pac vs. Cotto was FOR the 147 TITLE. But Cotto was stipulated to come in not above 144/5. Yes Pac still won the WELTERWEIGHT TITLE.
