Sugar Shane Mosley was the best welterweight since Sugar Ray!!I really don't see how anyone can say otherwise!!He beat a prime DLH,granted he lost to Forrest, but fought him twice!!Went up to 154 for a minute, returned beat Collazo, fought a very close fight with Cotto, watched Cotto get destroyed & in returned destroyed that man,all the while being a 3 to 1 underdog & almost 40 years old in the best division in boxing, that is amazing!!

yeah......i'm the only one that voted margarito.

the guy was ONLY a top 10 fighter since 2001.

he was only the #1 ranked fighter for 4 years. no biggie.

who cares if cotto and mayweather didn't show up to 147 'til halfway through the decade?

who cares if mosley moved out of 147 at the beginning of the decade and didn't move back 'til only a few years ago?

I'm going to vote now but I pick Margarito too. And I don't think it's very close, like it or not.

Either mosley or margarito. Forrest was the most skilled though.

that minute was for half the decade.

he left 147 in 2002. didn't come back 'til 2007.
