In his first fight at WW Shane dominated Rivera who only lost to Hoya and Whitaker. I actually felt Rivera beat Sweet Pea the first fight. Also knocked out Shannon Taylor. Not even Aruthur Abraham and Anthony Mudine did so. I think those are two underrated wins.

Then beating Hoya, Antonio Diaz, Wise, Stone, Santana Cruz, Margo, Collazo, and Estrada. Then rematching Forrest and almost pull that off. Had a close fight with Cotto. I have to give it to Shane. But Cotto is #2 and close.

The poll results in the article are really interesting and close between Cotto and Mayweather with Shane coming in 3rd. I think you could go either way with Cotto or Mosley because they beat a lot of great competition but I would pick Cotto based on his win over Mosley but is really close.

Im not voting for any of them, none of them dominated long enough to be considered the best anything, Cotto has a decent resume at welter, but he was never dominant there, infact he didint get there until 06 and to this day, never took anyone elses title. these guys all were good for 1 or 2 years before being knocked off. im not voting for anyone.
