    No, requires blood work.

"We are prepared to advise the Nevada Athletic Commission that we only want them involved, and that Manny will take a random urinalysis test at any time on any date as long as it was ordered by the Nevada State Athletic Commission," Arum told FanHouse, saying that Monday is his deadline for finalizing the matchup before moving on to other options for the 31-year-old Pacquiao (50-3-2, 38 knockouts).

"No. 2, we would agree to take the blood test in January within 30 days of the fight and any other random blood tests that the Nevada State Athletic Commission elected to do without a timeline," said Arum. "We're so confident that the Nevada Commission would do the right thing that we don't have to put a timeline in there."

That's confusing. They would take random blood tests in January within 30 days of the fight? Are they fighting in February?

MRIs are definitely not use for most fractures. And the xray is used for its specificity, to r/o fractures in the cases of dislocations, not confirm or diagnose.

"So I doubt that it's something that we would do. But again, that would have to be something that the commission would have to look at."

Petition? Anyone, petition? Schaefer aka anti-doping advocate. Fair play, anyone?
Who cares if Schaefer made a petition or not? Schaefer is just a promoter, he says whatever makes the fighter he is promoting look good.

Here you go, latest from ESPN during the mediation. I don't why this wouldn't be a honest and fair compromise.

Pacquiao (50-3-2, 38 KOs), who didn't want any blood testing, agreed to take three blood tests: one during the week of the kickoff news conference, which would take place next week if they can make a deal, one random test to be conducted no later than 30 days before the fight and a final test in his dressing room after the fight. Mayweather (40-0, 25 KOs) would be subject to the same testing procedures.

The other counter offer was to present each sides argument to the commission and let the commission decide what to do. IMO, that's even better and definitely more fair.

The offer hasn't changed since day 1.

So one random test, taken any time before the last month? You think this is a compromise?
