Hct levels increase in people who are dehydrated (most boxers) and fighters who train in high altitudes.

Look up procrit and epogen they require frequent lab draws to monitor Hct levels. You need people with knowledge to take EPO, and as far as I know they don't have any properties for weight increase.

Pacquiao is clean and Floyd is just toying around for whatever reason. And yea, I am aware that blood and piss can detect different ****.

Dont know untill he is tested randomly while training for a fight , there is a timing requirement with this , are you aware of that or you think its in your system all the time ?

It's a compromised because Manny could've just easily said no to any blood testing and stick with the standard drug test that the Nevada commision requires. Why don't you think it's a compromised, better yet, what would you suggest as a compromised if you were Manny. BTW, Don't forget the blood test right after the fight. ANd how about the suggestion of bringing up each boxer's case to the Nevada commission and let them decide what's best, that too is a compromise and a fair one, because neither one is dictating what needs to be done and it is decided by the boxing governing body.

            1) Was it blood testing?
            2) Was it random?

Regardless, it was still a counter offer and a fair compromise in Manny's part. Manny could've just easily said NO.

really? i had no idea pacquiao was in training camp...so what was the point of giving him a PEE test? i smoked weed 3 days before a job interview and cleared myself to pass a pee test in less than a week. ??? again ????

I don't think so because it defeats the purpose. If every single expert is saying that a boxer will likely use when they're training, isn't that the best time to test them?

You are an idiot! PEDs are intended for use during training, not the fight itself IDIOT. It's similar to when cheating in a school exam. The people who take drugs to cheat in a college exam do it while in studying and not during the exam itself.

Doesn't matter, this is the same test that Floyd has been taking throughout his whole career. Are you going to question all of Floyd's fights because he didn't do any blood testing nor was it random, probably not.
