Doesn't matter, this is the same test that Floyd has been taking throughout his whole career. Are you going to question all of Floyd's fights because he didn't do any blood testing nor was it random, probably not.

I don't think so because it defeats the purpose. If every single expert is saying that a boxer will likely use when they're training, isn't that the best time to test them?

Whether it defeats the purpose or not is really not the issue IMO. The real issue is that Manny is being accused of something that is baseless and unfounded. Manny doesn't have to agree to any of this at all, just like Floyd doesn't have to agree with it as well if it was the other way around. Manny compromised by suggesting another method of doing the blood test. If i was Manny, i could just easily say to Floyd that "Floyd have been taking the same Nevada commission required drug test throughout his whole career and had never asked any of his previous opponents to do any other test other than what the commission requires them to take, so why just me all of of a sudden and why is Floyd picking on me and had singled me out. So the answer is NO i'm not going to change that rule now just because Floyd is accussing me of taking steroids or PED's". That my friend wouldn't be compromising.

Also HGH would benifit some athlete's which is the main argument for blood test's....by the way there was a new and improved urine tgest brought out in 2008 that can detct HGH even 2 weeks after usage!!!

utilizing a performance enhancing drug during training is the only time to use the PED, It helps you work past levels you normally couldnt without the drugs

the thing with the insistence in random blood testing is it is better if pacquiao is confined in a place where team mayweather can monitor him 24/7 with surveillance cameras watching his every move and have personnel checking everything he intakes like vitamins and protein shakes etc.

why dont they just compromise like no blood testing but team mayweather choose a place where pacquiao can train and be monitored 24/7. like being confined in pen complex.
