I cant sit through that fight again. I watched it live, and was hoping calzaghe would win in style. What a terrible clash of styles, Calzaghe seemed too tense and eager to land his quick hands and Hopkins was his crafty self. In my opinion Hopkins landed the better punches throughout, scored a legit knockdown and at times made calzaghe looks amateur. Having said that correct me if im wrong, but Calzaghe landed more punches and pretty much outworked Hopkins through many close rounds. He was also pushing the fight which the judges might have preferred.
When i watched it live, i preferred calzaghe. But i can see why some people prefer Hopkins. I dont usually sit there scoring every passing round, it was obvious it could have gone either way. I voted a draw.

I scored it 2 rounds to Calzaghe, once by 3 rounds.

Joe was chasing the fight most of the way through the entire fight just to make it half a fight, it was pretty ridiculous really.

Margarito picked it up in the second half of the fight. I suppose you could award him a close win or a draw.

I personally thought Williams won though.
