Close fight that I think Calzaghe edged. And there are a million fights I'd rather watch than see this one again.
How did you score Calzaghe-Hopkins?

I think Hopkins had the right idea in place on how to beat Calzaghe but he couldn't sustain it for the full 12 rounds. Calzaghe's superior stamina and workrate saw him through. Especially in the Championship rounds. That said, the fight was close. I had Calzaghe winning it but only just.
The fight itself was ****, and neither fighter could really take anything away from it. Even so, a rematch was probably warranted. We can complain how boring it was and how a second fight would be no different but we'd all still watch it if it ever happened LOL.Comment

No wrong, its not scored on defense at all. You simply just added that in to the real scoring criteria....read very carefully DEFENSE IS NOT SCORING CRITERIA!Comment

hopkins won it. if you think missing punches is a scoring criteria then yea calzaghe won but if you score clean punching while not getting hit hopkins clearly won. was it an impressive performance no not at all but he clearly did more than calzaghe. i see some people on here scored it for calzaghe cause he chased hopkins around? so you had oscar and hatton beating mayweather? they chased him around but didn't land anything. maybe if they threw more air punches that would sway you?Comment

It's always funny when people act like Byrd must have been biased because she's black. Yet these same people never say **** about Chuck Giampa, a white-Italian, having the most ridiculous scorecard of all.Comment

9 roundsto 3 lol! are we supposed to take this decision seriously? the other guy who had it 8 rounds to 4 gave the 2nd and 10th rounds to calzaghe. go back and watch those rounds and laugh at how awful that is. if he scored those rounds correctly hopkins would have won but he also would be a competent judge.Comment
