Are you freaking kidding me? Let's assume you are Pacquiao...and you are accused of using an illegal enhancement. Let's then say that you accept to take the drug tests in order to "clear" your name. [Oh yeah, I put 'clear' in double quotes on purpose.]

Now, after you've done that, then what? The facts would stand that you were an accused user, regardless of what you proved. By then, there would always be a contingency of folks who believe that no matter what, you were using. Next thing you know, people would naturally assumed that you paid off folks to prove your tests negative, or that they were somehow tampered with in your favor.

The point is, regardless of what you do, you are tarnished. Oh, you can say you don't care, but if you're a professional, that type of crap will bite you in the ass. Fact.

So, true or not, the accusation was made on Pacquiao and I believe this is the right thing to do. It far from makes Pacquiao a punk ass *****. If he's going to be tarnished, then he damn well better attempt to get paid if he feels he's being wrongfully accused.

Here is something for you ya....take the fight, accept the terms, beat the crap out of mayweather, take the 40 mil...then you sue them for what is worth!!! How about that!

Chances are they asked a retired judge for an evaluation.

Chances are they have evidence and proof plucked from the buffet of accusations, assumptions, and asserted opinions/facts from professionals in the industry such as ODLH, Mayweather Sr, Roger Mayweather, Richard Schaeffer, etc. The only safe one maybe Jr himself. Unless the Filipino Government Officials hold him accountable for attacking their Country and National Treasure: "Philippines has the best performance enhancing drugs..."

He's not suing for agreeing to the terms of a contract but slander. In fact Pac already wanted to sue sr. about this a long time ago but didn't bother because it wasn't that a big of a deal by then.

This is so much BS and conjecture. The complaint reads like a high school report. I imagine that the complaint against everyone except Mayweather SR is thrown out AND it may have a chance against him IF it goes to a jury trial but it WILL be overturned in the court of appeals.

Manny is going to have to open up about EVERYTHING because he will be under oath. I mean EVERYTHING including his AFFAIR and any other things that maybe out there that he doesn't want anyone else to know about. I would keep him on the stand for days asking him questions like: Have you ever had an affair? Have you ever slept with another woman when you were married? Just to establish his character. All of it will be public information.
