I'm a fan of Floyd and Manny but more importantly a boxing fan. Both of these men in their own right have kept our sport relevant in the last couple years. This not only looks bad but smells worse. If your not doing anything wrong..take the tests. Each man will be subjected to the exact same testing requirements. If you think Goldenboy and the Mayweathers are frauds then the best course of action is to go in and kick Floyd Jr's. azz. Especially in a sport of combat you want to go through lawyers? To go and get lawyers involved in a defamation suit is ridiculous. I wonder who has more money to fight this suit..Golden Boy or Pac? To me this reminds me of Roger Clemens..deny...deny...deny...yell at the top of your lungs that the other party is lying and threaten a lawsuit...we've seen this before. We as fans know that piss tests and the current form of drug testing does not work....insert Sugar Shane. Why not take the tests and prove to the world not only is he clean but get in the ring and prove you are the best boxer in the world. Until that is done Manny is walking with a cloud over his head..just like Clemens.

The damage to the sport of boxing was already done after the mayweather accused Pacman of using roids/peds. Are you not following this mess? But the real winner here are the lawyers on both side.

Manny should be careful here.....his case in court is not as cut and dried as people think....sure his lwayers will say so.....they see a cash cow they can milk

If i was Floyds lawyer i would get up there with a statement from Ariza in my hand

"I am responsible for what manny puts into his body.....he dosen't know what he is taking"


Your honour.....we are being sued becasue this man claims we have been making malicious accustations/statemnts...but i ask you if he dosen't know what is being put into his body....how can he himself be 100% certain he is not taking PED's.

And I make statements about you and stir the rumors that will hurt your chances of promotion, then you can sue me, or I will get fined or fired.

Manny will win this Case easy, and as punishment to GBP and Floyd Jr, they should make Floyd Jr get in the Ring with a very Angry PacMan, that is probably looking for Blood. I figure that would be Punishment enough for Mayweather Jr. They should also make Golden Boy admit he did take the Pictures in High Heels and is a ****. As Punishment to Schaefer, they should not allow him to give Delahoya a ******* for at least 2 years or even a handjob. And of course punishment for Mayweather Sr. This Punishment took some thinking because how do you punish a Former drug dealer who has already been to Prision. Who has used his own son as a human shield from a gunman and whose wife was a crack addict. Wow. I read the whole petition. What a load of ****. haha. If Pac paid Petrocelli more than 10 bucks to file this garbage, then he got ripped off. Just how in god's name can Pac prove in court that Floyd, GBP, or anyone else on the planet KNOWS FOR A FACT that Pac doesnt take any illegal substances? NOBODY can know that to be fact, not even PAC, since Ariza is the only one who knows what Pac takes, right? (and to win the case, the law requires Pac to PROVE that the defendants KNEW the statements to be false, which is impossible)

One of the proof that Pacman will present will include the negative comments on this forum and of course on all other internet sites. But the real winner here will be the lawyers on both side. but then again, this will be settled out of court with reasonable amount to be dictated by Pacman's side.

Your honour....my client has stated his opinion that he believes Pacroid may be on some kind of PED's. His opinion is based on 50 years of boxing knowledge....first as a boxer himself and now a trainer. His "opinion" is perfectly valid. I ask this question to Pacroids lawyer. Why is my client the only party named in this lawsuit when Cintron and Malignaggi more so have been more outspoken/vocal regarding this issue than Big Floyd. Why are these gentlemne not being sued. Why does Pacroid have Malignaggi in contention to give him his biggest payday.

Pacquiao is just biding time to ensire that in the future when he draws blood it will be clean. Its obvious as hell. Its funny how Arum is calling the mayweathers and GBP sleezebags and doesnt want to deal with them then says the fight will be made in the future.

I know, I didn't understand that one bit..... Normally when you sue someone you don't or try not to deal with them again.

Is Pac really that scared of Mayweather? Or is it sue now, fight later? As in he will AGREE to the random tests when the fight is made in the future??????? WTF?
