This scenario would be plausible only if Pac and his team has reason to suspect Floyd. I believe they don't and there's no reason to think otherwise. Unfortunately, Pac wasn't afforded the same courtesy. They just assumed he was dirty.

Pac should add Roach, Arum, Ariza, himself and his team of advisers to that lawsuit because these are the people who truly hurt his character or defamed his name by giving him bad advice on no taking the simple test.

Did Lenox Lewis sue Mike Tyson when he threatened to eat his kids, did Frazier or Foreman sue Ali when he called them Uncle Tom's and various other demeaning names NOOO. You Pac stans can cry me a river all you want, In my opinion Manny is not a man and should tuck his tail for ducking the tests and you can sue me too for having an educated opinion.

When you character is being targeted. let's break it down a little. What if Kanye West would accuse Charlie Sheen of being HIV positive? Do you think any HIV testing that proves otherwise is enough to clear his name? The Mayweathers crossed the line already when they suggested that Pacman was on to something because of his exemplary accomplishments. If what they wanted is fair anti-doping testings, they should have sticked to that issue only. The problem here is that they concocted the premise that the other boxer was on roids before they demanded for such stringent anti-doping testings. It's sinister in nature. By the way, saying bad things to other people about their character is just wrong.

Well actually it makes kinda sence that paulie and kermit are not in the lawsuit. The main culprit or how ever you want to call it is May Sr, we all know that. The case is against two promotional companies GBP and May Promo and fam. In the court case they can use the statements of Paulie and Kermit plus the other statements of fighters that were willing to fight pac but with drug testing as the by product of the accusations made by the May and GBP
