Well actually it makes kinda sence that paulie and kermit are not in the lawsuit. The main culprit or how ever you want to call it is May Sr, we all know that. The case is against two promotional companies GBP and May Promo and fam. In the court case they can use the statements of Paulie and Kermit plus the other statements of fighters that were willing to fight pac but with drug testing as the by product of the accusations made by the May and GBP

Actually I think Paulie either said it himself first or both he and Sr. said it about the same time.

Look no one is going to win this debate, because those who support Mayweather will insist Pac has something to hide and those who are rational will ask a simple question..."WHY SINGLE OUT ONE MAN" and "WHY HAVEN'T YOU EVER ASKED ANYONE ELSE TO TAKE THESE TESTS"....if you answer them honestly, there in lies your assertion of drug use, hence Pac has a legitimate legal claim of defamation.

I don't really care if Pac is tested or not, the point is to ensure the integrity of the sport for all, which means "everyone" not just one person and insinuate that they are a drug user or a cheat, either you ensure integrity for all or none!

No, they can go on riding thousands of miles on a bike for hours and win 7 times. Some can also go on to become one of the greatest olympians and the greatest swimmer of all time. They can become the fastest man on the planet and break records easily. All w/o complaining about testing because that's what will give them the credibility they need in case someone questions their achievements. Such a simple request. Olympic style blood testing and this whole storm forms? Sorry but it really isn't looking good for pac right now regardless of winning or losing the lawsuit. I don't care if he wins in court. I do care why the hell would someone in their right mind turn down 40-50 million for a set of RANDOM bloodtest. That's bull, they're afraid, the heat will keep on getting closer and they know it. Cotto could've complained that having a 145lbs limit on their fight weakened him but he didn't, he manned up got in the ring and lost like a man w/o excuses. Manny should do the same since mayweather already agreed to everything else he was asked to do.

Pac is more educated than Mayweather and so is Cotto, one thing is not being fluent in a secondary language, but the Mayweathers can barely speak their primary language...English.

Ehhhhh......This is saddening. According to some Pacquiao fans, Pacquiao's reputation may be tarnished after the whole accusation but I just find it so hard to believe that it's come to this. His reputation would never have come into question if he'd agreed in the first place and given people the impression that may have something to hide. 40 million down the drain if this proves to be true, and he takes in peanuts IF he wins which I highly doubt. So many people have accused him of this and it's really not going to be worth it in the long run. The best way he could have gotten back at Mayweather is suck it up, get the fight going, and unleash his frustration on Mayweather. Yet again now he's giving people reason to say, 'Oh, there he goes 'ducking' another slick black fighter.' Manny has to put this to an end and just get this going, unless of course as I've said this is just more of a build up.
