I'm still perplexed as to how you and some people on here respect this guy (MAYWEATHER) so much. Forget about Pac, I've been watching boxing before he came along, so I could care less about him more or less.

I love the sport as a whole and I respect talent and anyone who has got the courage to lace up the gloves and get in the ring, it takes a special person to do that, before you call me the prerequisite "hater".

But on the other hand, do you realize that Floyd has been at welterweight since 2005, it will be going on 5 years now and all he has managed to do at the weight is make a lot of money, that's it! He's taken on soft touches and you guys love him for it! Because you'll defend him until the sun comes up. This guy hasn't fought any legitimate welterweight for 5 ****ing years and you're more concerned about PEDs?

Tru that! I don't like Mayweather for the fact that he has been dodging the fighters that the fans want him to fight. Yes, he fought the champion in Baldomir, who did beat Zab although Zab is dumb for trying to make it a easy fight. And Floyd did fight Zab, give hime credit for that, although he was getting spanked the first 3 to 4 rounds until Zab does what he do best...which is gas out. But besides that he never fought the other welterweights that are still ranked top 5 or 10. Cotto, Cintron (at the time), Clottey, Williams, Quintana, Margocheato, and Mosley. That is a lot of names to choose from, but he chose to go the same way that Roach has chosen for Pacquia, and that is to either blow you up in weight classes or drain you. But if we can have a fight of the two boxers who like to weight drain or balloon fighters, then I would have no problems with it.

Pac should add Roach, Arum, Ariza, himself and his team of advisers to that lawsuit because these are the people who truly hurt his character or defamed his name by giving him bad advice on no taking the simple test.

Did Lenox Lewis sue Mike Tyson when he threatened to eat his kids, did Frazier or Foreman sue Ali when he called them Uncle Tom's and various other demeaning names NOOO. Tell Manny to pull up his skirt and man up. You Pac stans can cry me a river all you want, In my opinion Manny is not a man and should tuck his tail for ducking the tests and you can sue me too for having an educated opinion.

I respect his fight game because of how he beats his oppnents. Has anyone ever beaten the guys on floyd resume the way he has.....total one sided dominations with barely a notable punch landed in return?????


also to Pac fans...if floyd is a guy who cherry picks, is a fraud and is overrated as you claim, only fights sure winners.... shouldn't you be worried he is so eager to get Pac in the ring?????


All im saying switch is some guys refuse to give him any credit at all simply because they don't like him.

One thing is competitive trash talk and it's quite another thing to make disparaging remarks calling a person's integrity into question and their accomplishments.

Thanks and I give him credit for his vast talents. In fact I think he is a defensive genius, he knows how to close up shop effectively and limit opportunities for his opponents, whatever opportunities are available can't be exploited anyway because of the level of fighters he has faced, they simply lack the talent to expose any flaws he may have--having said that he has very few flaws.

But since 2005 he hasn't fought Shane, Margarito,Cotto,PWill, Clottey...the top guys of the division, sure he has made a lot of money and if that is what you or anyone else respects then cool, all power to you but he still hasn't faced anyone who was in their primes and at his weight that could pose a threat to him. I mean c'mon Matthew ****ing Hatton? Are you kidding me? The so-called best talent in the world follows up a tuneup fight, with another tuneup fight! WTF!!! Lol
