He just did. The suit is about defamation. And he does'nt have to prove he is on roids or peds. The burden of proof regarding the accusation that Pacman is on rodis or peds is on the defendants. Whether or not the the accusation is true or not, the damage to Pacman's character is there. Pacman has to prove that his character was damaged. The blogs in the internet can be use by Pacman as an evidence.
