Your honour....my client has stated his opinion that he believes Pacroid may be on some kind of PED's. His opinion is based on 50 years of boxing knowledge....first as a boxer himself and now a trainer. His "opinion" is perfectly valid. I ask this question to Pacroids lawyer. Why is my client the only party named in this lawsuit when Cintron and Malignaggi more so have been more outspoken/vocal regarding this issue than Big Floyd. Why are these gentlemne not being sued. Why does Pacroid have Malignaggi in contention to give him his biggest payday.

It's also a little late for a lawsuit, imo. Phacquiao's reputation is already tarnished (roider - whether true or not). Why not just take the damn test if you're clean. Anyway, do you see any threads about Pac being highly regarded as P4P one of the best husbands in history? I don't think so. Maybe he doesn't sue these publications about the wife cheating because he knows that he's guilty. And he's suing the Mays because he knows that even if it get's dirty, he really doesn't have anything to hide anyway. Who knows?

Bottom line is, if we're talking about his character being defamed, which is why he's suing and is the topic at hand there's no doubt that it was.

Pac should add Roach, Arum, Ariza, himself and his team of advisers to that lawsuit because these are the people who truly hurt his character or defamed his name by giving him bad advice on no taking the simple test.
