Morales lost a close one in the first fight, you could call that a draw or a loss by a point or two, but if you watch in unbiased, Morales pretty much gave as good as he got. But I admit Barrera won that one. It was a war!
The second fight, Morales won the first six rounds and then a couple more, you can't give Barrera the fight for coming on in the championship rounds alone.
The third fight, Barrera wins, But I believe Morales foolishly tried to run over Barrera which did not work. Morales worked his way back into this fight and in my opinion he was winning the later part of the fight and had more in the tank in the end as Barrera was falling all over Morales with sloppy arm punches and practically just pushing forward with nothing and holding like a heavyweight.
Morales was tagging him when Barrera would stop holding and slapping.
And as for the Hamed argument , Morales would have beat Hamed too and maybe even stopped him.
What about the fact that Pac beat Barrera,stopped him, and then Morales beat Pacman.
Kevin Kelley was not that shot in 2000, he still had some left and Morales schooled him.
As for Raheem and Espadas, Well, sometimes champions get ****y and don't train and that is what happens when you do that and don't take opponents serious, but Morales avenged against Guty and Raheem.....? I don't know he disappeared, that was his big hurrah.
