NSAC testing system is flawed. Mosley as well tested negative, doesn't make the system perfect. Floyd is using Painkiller, which are allowed. The painkiller will affect Floyd worse in the long run. Floyd has fought in other states that don't allow them

Problem is, he is using illegal ones.

They said that Mayweather has been known to use hand-injected painkillers like Xylocaine, which is illegal in some states. Such painkillers could be more dangerous in the long term, since fighters with numbed hands hit harder since they cannot feel their hands at a time when they could be unknowingly damaging them.

The substance you claim Floyd uses is legal and has a greater chance affecting Floyd in the long run than Pacman. Floyd has fought in other states

How can you compare Steroids to a pain killer. *******s
can you kindly rephrase your first sentence? use english we can understand, please.

xylocaine is illegal in most states. its abuse is illegal across the country.

using it to enhance performance, i.e. to numb the hands before a fight, violates its intended purpose, therefore making such use illegal even in Nevada.

humoring your point of view again, the USADA testing system is also flawed. remember Marion Jones?

                  painkiller abuse is illegal.

                    This is your opening post

Mayweather can't fight in most states, with Nevada among the few exceptions, because he is using illegal painkillers.
Mayweather isn't using anything Illegal. People know what he uses to numb his hand, if it was Illegal he would have been busted a while ago. Floyd has fought in other states,
