                Your grammar and syntax are failing. Just to humor your point of view and being side-tracked from the issue on hand, Nevada laws are sufficient for Floyd but are not for Pacquiao? Remember, he has tested negative for steroids and PEDs in all NEVADA state athletic commission tests.
