There is a vast difference between use and abuse. if it is prescribed to treat an illness, you are following the letter of the law. if you are using it not for its intended purpose, you are abusing it.

thats funny, but the only thing the pain killers do is let floyd fight it's liker when basketball and football players use it they use just so they can play if not alot of athletes would have short carrers

No, because your hands are numb doesn't mean you will hit harder.

Actually. it can work the quite opposite. Pain is needed, it tells the body that you are injured and need to rest. If Floyd broke his hand and didn't feel it and continued fighting, this could end his career

whoah there. that's an oxymoronic sentence if i ever saw one.

xylocaine is neither designed nor intended for use by boxers just to numb their hands before a fight. Floyd is most definitely abusing painkillers, as much as Liar is abusing common sense and my patience.

and now you know why it is illegal in most states and is a highly regulated drug.

looks like double jeopardy for him.

his performance is still enhanced by injecting those. fighters who broke their hands during a match quit for damage control, see donaire.

we're going around circles here. xylocaine is legal in nevada if it is intended to treat an illness. it is illegal in nevada if it is abused or not used for its intended purpose, i.e. used as a recreational drug.
