I'll go with NSAC's decision, that's if Mo**ey Mayweather doesn't pu**y out of it.

Mo**ey Mayweather has made enough noise about this drug testing crap, and now, both sides have a governing body that is neutral to decide what's good and what's crap, it's Mo**ey's turn to step up or shut the f**k up and fly on over to the UK and please don't come back to the land of the free and home of the brave !!

Unfortunately, what I put in bold is incorrect.

The recent statement from Pacquiao is that he wants a 30 day window between the press conference and the day after the fight. He has just scheduled the "random" dates. You can see where that is severely flawed.

Hopefully, they can meet in the middle. I feel my suggested solution is fair to both sides.

What Pacquiao wants isnt the window but a guarantee that the testing wont interrupt his training or affect his performance. With the amount of blood tests Floyd and GBP wanted it's pretty easy for it to become a concern considering with random testing it could very easily mean all 5 blood tests could come on fight week. It would very easily affect performance.

You can fix that by lowering the amount of tests run and keep the random portion of the demand. 1 test anytime between now and 3 days before the fight. I'm sure Pacquiao would have no problems with that. Even with the 3day window before the fight it would be pointless to take any p.e.d's within that time because they are winding down their training anyway and would get very little to no benefit out of it. And 1 more blood test immediately after the fight.

Well PBF could easily put an end to this if he just accepted Pacs terms, and meet Pac half way! When did it have to be PBFs way or the highway?

Saying Pac should just agree to PBFs terms is as ridiculous as expecting PBF to have just accepted Pacs 60-40 offer in Pacs favour. That if Pac requested 3 filippino judges, that PBF should also just be expected to accept it without negotiating and coming to a compromise!
The thing is PBF isnt willing to compromise so the problem is as everyone knows PBFs fault. If he just accepted Pacs more reasonable offer of blood tests this nonsense could be ended now

No one is asking Pacquiao to accept Floyd's terms. We're trying to find a meeting point that is fair to both fighters.

Bob Arum has just destroyed Pacquiao's latest excuse that 30 days is required. The video of Pacquiao getting blood withdrawn 14 days before his fight with Hatton has just exposed him.

Pacquiao has no excuse now, other than to agree to randomized drug testing with a fair cutoff date.

How about we just have one member from each crew implanted into the opposing teams crew, so that they could be with the fighters every minute leading up to the fight. That way there will be no doubt at all whether or not anyone is using.
