All they have done is ask for demand after demand but can't come to agreement when they are asked one request. *** them and *** the fight.
My opinion is that Arum wants the fight to happen. I have a feeling that he is only stalling until Team Pacquiao gives him an official story that they all agree on, to start negotiating on it. There are too many conflicting reports regarding the issue, and Arum has come out looking very unprofessional, which makes "coming to meet down the middle" impossible since every member of Team Pacquiao is reporting different requirements.

It seems their Team is in chaos at the moment. I think the fight will get made once everyone relaxes and thinks logically.

LOL. As if a poll on a boxing website is going to do anything in the real world.

According to one of the veteran posters, a member of Team Pacquiao frequently visits this forum.

The media could see the poll and start reporting what fans feel is fair to get the fight made.

If that's true I'd like to give them one of these

Suing people was the only way Pacquiao would get his way. Drama queen.

Was it a joke or are you jealous that someone else is being called a member of Team Pacquiao? A position that you obviously would die to have.

Team Mayweather has requested standard USADA style drug testing for the both of them, which is random on any date before the fight. Pacquiao has expressed discomfort with this style of testing for numerous reasons. The most logical being Pacquiao doesn't want testing done on the day of the fight, which is understandable if he truly does feel weaker due to blood testing. Let's give him the benefit of the doubt and assume testing too close to the fight does affect him mentally.

Since it has been proven that a 30 day window is absolutely useless and can easily be cheated, that is clearly not acceptable.

Here's what we know is not acceptable, if we take into consideration the demands from both sides.

1.) 30 day window. (Team Mayweather will not sign to this)
2.) Testing too close to the fight date. (Team Pacquiao will not sign to this)

The critics from Mayweather fans might say, "but there are drugs which can leave the system within hours". While this is true, I feel the major benefits of taking PED's would be gained while in training. I'm no expert, but if I had any su****ion that my opponent was on PED's then I would feel a little more comfortable knowing he was only able to enhance himself for a couple days only, instead of an entire month.

The critics from Pacquiao fans might say, "but 48 to 72 hours is not enough time to recover mentally". Any slight, and let's emphasize the word slight, weakness from giving a sample of blood would be gone after a day at the most. The last week of the fight is a time that "Pacquiao takes it easy to prevent over-training", according to Roach, so I don't see how in any way could it affect him. An excuse, valid or not, is that before the Morales fight Pacquiao felt weakened. Keep in mind, this was done the day before the fight and if my information is correct, the blood testing had to be re-done because of a problem with his original sample.

Suggested Solution to make this fight happen?

Randomized testing, but with a 48 - 72 hour cutoff before fight night and another test immediately after the fight.

Please vote and keep it clean in your comments. (pun not intended)
Maybe fair enough but do we realy need to have this testing? Not unless from the commision that will do.

Oh i'm buying the fight if it happens. Doesn't mean this fight is predictable and all this fuss is for nothing and I would watch MMA if it doesn't happen.
